Pousada e Restaurante Mar dos Sonhos

The kids had a great time, and we did too. Raquel and her family made us feel so welcome, the food was wonderful, and the place itself was lovely. Such a good experience, definitely worth it.

Raquel was incredibly warm and friendly. It felt like visiting someone we already knew, and we loved it!

I got in touch to ask a few questions and hold a room. She said there was availability for my dates and asked me to send documents, then stopped replying. When she finally got back to me, she said there was no longer a reservation. I felt really frustrated and disrespected. I wouldn't recommend it. You could end up wasting time and getting upset, with your room apparently given to someone else after being left without a reply. I'd rather pay more and be treated politely than deal with that kind of unprofessionalism and disregard for a customer.

We arrived with our bags and had to scramble to find another inn because there wasn't a room for us. We'd paid the full amount in advance for a double room, but were told it hadn't been cleaned and that only a single room was available. They said we'd have to make do with that, even though I was traveling with my boyfriend and had paid for the double. The service was awful. They could have cleaned the room. It was humiliating, and I'll never go back.
