I stayed at the inn on 22/10/2024 after a colleague recommended it. At check-in, I asked the receptionist whether they issued invoices because I needed one for a work trip, and she said yes. I asked for a single room. It was in order, and everything seemed fine. The next morning I went to the dining room for breakfast, which the same receptionist was preparing. She had a very bad cough and was making sandwiches and coffee without a mask or any kind of protection. When I returned the room key, I asked about the invoice, and she gave me a number to call and provide my details. As of today, 25/10/2024, I’m still trying to get the invoice, which I’m entitled to. I’ve called all the numbers, but the person in charge won’t answer, and the receptionist says she can’t reach the owner. I hope to hear back from the inn.

The owner was very polite and knows how to welcome guests, and all the staff were friendly and warm. I felt at home in this lovely, clean, well-organized place with a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was really good, and the price was the best I could find. Thanks for the stay, I hope to come back.

Sr Omar showed outstanding courtesy, professionalism, and respect. The rooms and bathroom were clean, everything was organized, and there’s a wonderful outdoor area and Wi-Fi. I stayed for three days with my two-year-old daughter and we loved it. She still talks about the purple house, haha. There’s a great square two blocks away for walking and playing, and everything you need is nearby. Such a cozy, well-located place. I highly recommend it.

Bruna made breakfast even nicer with her care and easy conversation. The whole place was clean, organized, and really pleasant, and I was treated so well from arrival right through checkout. Congratulations to the team for such great service.
