Pousada 355

We had a terrible experience. We booked a room, but when we arrived, the owners said they had no reservation for us and had been fully booked for months. They blamed the issue on Booking and said it had happened to them before. They also said they usually contact guests on WhatsApp beforehand to confirm, so we called the number listed in the reservation, but they declined our calls. The photos of the place also don't match what the pousada is actually like. I don't recommend staying here.

The warm, family atmosphere made our stay lovely. I was there with my young daughters, and Katrine was such a sweetheart. The bedding and towels were very clean and smelled fresh. My girls especially loved breakfast, with chocolate cake, toast, and fruit. We loved it, well done!

Under new management, the pousada is in a handy location, close to everything, with secure parking. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the bedding and towels smelled fresh. Giovani and Katrine were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but it was generous and carefully prepared. Each day there was a different extra, such as cake, cheese bread, or cueca virada, along with coffee or Nescau, toast, and fruit. I highly recommend it!

We felt right at home during our work trip to Passo Fundo. Katrine and her family welcomed us warmly, and the whole place had a pleasant, homey feel. The bedding was clean and smelled lovely. I recommend it!
