Hotel Rota Do Sol

I liked my three-night stay at Hotel Rota do Sol in Patos-PB. Getting around was easy thanks to the good location, and the room was tidy, clean, and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. I'd recommend Hotel Rota do Sol, and I'd be happy to come back.

There wasn't even water available for guests to buy, so I had to go out and look for some. That was the last straw. I wouldn't come back under any circumstances when there are plenty of other places for the same price with much better service. The shower barely ran, and I had to use a bowl and the sink to bathe. Sometimes dirty water came from the sink, almost like sand was coming through. The room and bathroom were so tiny you could use the toilet and shower at the same time. I saw cockroaches in the hallways, and breakfast was really poor too.

The bathroom was in rough shape and offered no privacy. Its door was broken, and the window let people outside see whoever was using it. There was hardly room to shower, no curtain or enclosure, and a huge step to get into the bathroom. The bed made a lot of noise, and the sanitary conditions were questionable, as the photos show. I can't recommend this place. In their response, they said the pictures weren't from another place. I took them myself at the hotel on the day of my checkout, today. It's disrespectful to suggest a guest acted in bad faith. They should pay closer attention to feedback. Some friends of mine changed hotels as soon as they arrived because of how neglected the rooms were. We regret not doing the same.
