The restaurant downstairs was a highlight for me. I could get vegetables and a healthy protein without going out, and I had salmon every night. I also couldn't pass up Pelotas' famous sweets, so I tried the desserts nightly and started worrying about my weight once I got home. The rooms have improved a lot since my first stay in 2000, when I came to Pelotas for work and could see the hotel needed work. Alles Blau is a traditional hotel right in the city center, and the renovations have made it a decent place to stay. The rates are reasonable for what you get. I'd book a room at AllesBlau, but do it ahead of time. It fills up, and waiting until the last minute could leave you without a bed.

The barbecue is the standout here, with top sirloin, pork, chicken, and grilled cheese. It's a restaurant attached to a hotel, and the buffet is priced by weight.

Good prices, a clean place, and breakfast was good.

The food is good and the place is lovely. It's hard for me to have lunch there because it's so far from my job, but whenever I can, I go.

The restaurant downstairs is delicious. The rooms are comfortable, the service is good, and the price is decent.
