The location and security of the apartment are very good, with everything close enough to reach on foot. Cythia was also very attentive and helpful. Still, for the price, the place should be better. As soon as you walk in, there’s a damp smell. They should have heating and even dehumidifiers. The towels, pillows, sheets, sofa, basically all the fabric felt wet. The pots were the worst I’ve seen, and the cutlery was poor too. The sheets had holes, the bathroom shelf was nearly falling down, and they only clean the spots you can see.

It’s acceptable, but for the same price there are much better places to spend a few days on the coast.

A great development, just 550 m from the beach and close to all the local shops. I have units for sale: (47)99955-2510.

I’m staying here now. The room is cozy, has a sea view, and the location is good. It comes with a TV, internet, electricity, and a full bathroom. The service could be better, though, and there are a few issues like cracked tiles and power cuts. Fine for a one-night stay.
