Hotel e Pousada Magic

The breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the place was very clean and well organized, with that fresh-clean smell throughout. The owner made us feel so welcome, was thoughtful and polite, and gave us travel and restaurant tips. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Penha.

The hotel is close to the park, and the neighborhood was nice for a morning run. The rooms are new, the AC cooled well, and the TVs had channels and streaming. Wi-Fi coverage was great, and I had no trouble working online. They changed the towels every day. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We'll be back to BCW and definitely stay at this hotel again. The value for money is TOP.

Luísa and her lovely team took such good care of me and my family. I was really happy I booked this place and got such attentive, high-quality service. It was my daughter's 7th birthday, and Luísa even sang happy birthday with us. She's a truly special, wonderful person. God bless you and your partner abundantly, Luísa. I'm recommending Magic here on Google, anyone staying there won't regret it. It was really good in every way.

I wanted to share some feedback respectfully. When I visited the inn and asked to see the room, a few comments made me feel a little uncomfortable. I understand wanting to take care of the space, but the way things were said left the visit feeling less welcoming than it could have. A few small changes in how guests are approached could make the experience even better. Thank you.
