Pousada Bela Lisboa

Great!

There were six of us, including someone who uses a wheelchair, and we had a perfect eight-day stay at Pousada By Bela Bia Lisboa. Breakfast was delicious, lovingly made, and kept replenished. Leila cleaned the rooms regularly, and was always kind and careful whenever we asked for anything. The place is lovely, just a five-minute walk from the park entrance, and the service really deserves five stars. We already want to come back!

We stayed in room 101 at Pousada Bela By Bia from January 6 to 9, 2026. The staff were very polite, breakfast was really good, and the park is close enough to walk to. But our room had loads of ants appearing by the headboards every night. The shower is installed in an awkward spot, so the water lands on the shower enclosure and women and children can't shower properly. We had to use the handheld shower. The mattress was extremely hard and made it difficult to sleep. The smart TV didn't work because there was no internet in the room, and we needed internet for both work and leisure. A drying rack on the balcony would help.

We've stayed at this same inn twice, and its walkable distance to the park is a big plus. No need to worry about the car. Of the places we've stayed on trips, this is one of the best for cleanliness, friendly service, a tasty breakfast, and attentive staff. It was better than many hotels, and worth the price. The one issue was noise from other guests chatting by the window at night. That's on the guests, who should be more considerate, not on the inn.
