We loved this pousada. Everything was clean and organized, the owners are attentive and really nice, and breakfast was great. We're already hoping to come back at the end of 2026.

We felt genuinely at home here. The pousada is very well cared for, and the owners are especially hospitable, kind, and always ready to help. Thank you for everything, Helen, Edgar and Pedro.

We came as a family, my husband, our 9-year-old son, and I, to celebrate his birthday. The stay was frustrating, and I can't recommend it. The problems started during the Booking reservation. They asked for 50% of the price through WhatsApp. I requested a card payment link and got one for the full amount instead, then was told card payment had to be 100%. That didn't match what I'd been told before. I ended up paying by Pix, since they wanted security in case of cancellation and, as a customer who didn't know the place, I wanted that security too. The shower only got lukewarm, even though it was winter, and there weren't enough towels. The next morning, the owner told me breakfast wasn't included. But the Booking reservation said breakfast was from 8:00 to 9:00. The site hadn't said anywhere that breakfast would cost extra. I showed her a screenshot, but she and her husband said the information was wrong. She pointed us to a bakery on the corner. Even if the site had made a mistake, they could have tried to make the situation better, but they didn't seem concerned about welcoming us at all. I had checked the Google reviews beforehand and thought we'd be in for a good stay, so this was a real disappointment. Don't go if you don't want to have a hard time.

There were five of us, and we found the owners to be excellent hosts, polite and helpful. The place is very quiet and close to shops.

A very cozy place with excellent service. They offer packages with breakfast, and it's a great base for visiting Beto Carreiro. The beach is nearby too 🏖️
