The beach is calm and the water is warm, and you’re very close to the sea. The view is incredible, especially from the gourmet balcony, which really adds a lot. It’s also near Beto Carrero.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and really cozy. It’s easy to get to and well located, very close to Beto Carrero Word. There’s a pool and a jacuzzi, and it’s right in front of a gas station. Really good, I recommend it.

We rented a unit for six days. It had two bedrooms, one of them a suite, plus a living room joined to the kitchen and a gourmet balcony. Everything was new and well cared for, and I liked it a lot.

It’s a nice place to rent, close to the sea, with a pool, parking, reception, and an elevator. The downside was that the power went out every day, and on the last day the water was off for a few hours too.

There are 240 apartments but only one pool. It was advertised with a laundry room, yet there are just two small household washing machines and one dryer, like toy equipment. The apartment finishes are terrible, and the air conditioner condensers are on the balconies. Rogga showed no respect for the buyers.
