The hotel’s location near Beto Carrero Word and its facilities were real highlights. There’s a regular pool and a heated one that’s more for relaxing than swimming, since it isn’t big enough for that. I liked it a lot. There’s also a games area with a TV, two outdoor playgrounds, one for babies and one for older kids in the sand, and a court where you can borrow balls. Our room was excellent, with great beds, a nice hot shower, working air conditioning, and a balcony facing the hill. I’d recommend the hotel especially for families with children, who’ll love the spaces. I didn’t have time to take photos of everything, but it all looks like what’s shown in the apps and on Google. We had a great stay, though breakfast was a letdown. Refills took a long time, there wasn’t much variety, and flies were all over the cakes. The hotel could put mesh covers over the cakes to keep flies off the food. Reception service wasn’t the best either, but based on what we’ve seen in Santa Catarina, the locals seem to be like that.
