Rodrigo and Vanessa were so welcoming and polite, which made the stay feel peaceful from the start. We weren’t familiar with the area and chose not to drive, so Rodrigo arranged a trusted driver who got us to the guesthouse safely. The road there is unpaved, and nature surrounds you the whole way. We woke to birdsong and went to sleep to frogs croaking by the lagoon. Orquídea, right next door, serves lunch, and pizza can be delivered at night from another place. The guesthouse also offers chicken bites, fries, and calabresa. Breakfast was satisfying, with cold cuts, fruit, juice, and more. We brought some snacks for the evening, which might be handy. Bring plenty of insect repellent. They sell citronella oil there, too, but you’re in the woods, so expect bugs. It’s a wonderful place to forget everyday life and enjoy the sounds of nature instead of city noise.

The people here are amazing, so kind and genuinely lovely, and the setting is beautiful. It’s a great place to switch off and enjoy nature. There’s a waterfall nearby that forms a natural pool, and although the beach is a bit far, it’s worth the trip. You’ve also got other beach options from where you’re staying. I recommend it, just remember you’re in the woods and bring repellent.

A gorgeous waterfall is right beside the place, and the whole stay was peaceful and surrounded by nature. The welcome was wonderful, with very attentive hosts. Such an inviting spot, and a really lovely experience.

This place is so welcoming and surrounded by nature. Rodrigo and Vanessa, the owners, are wonderful, warm, and full of charisma. The rooms have what we need, with space for both relaxing and having fun. This was my fourth visit, and I can’t wait to come back ❤️👏👏 Thanks for everything.
