I came hoping to spend the day by the pool, which costs around 20 USD per person. From outside, the place looks all right, but everything was dirty, including the pool water. The staff seemed completely unmotivated, frowning and looking exhausted even though it was only 11:30 am and there were no other guests around. I ordered a caiperinia, was told gloomily there were no limes, and changed it to watermelon. Then the guy disappeared. I never saw him again, though a nice young woman eventually brought it back, after I had to go looking for staff. By then it was almost funny, so I enjoyed the absurdity. If you’re from North America and expect even a basic level of service, this place isn’t for you.

The location is good, but I’d rather go elsewhere for dinner. The rooms are clean, though the TV is still on analog signal and the picture quality is poor. The internet is pretty bad too, with the WiFi signal suddenly dropping out.

I was there for a wedding, and everything was wonderful apart from the ballroom. It was used as the dance floor, but there was no AC. The hotel view is stunning.
