The pool area looked gorgeous, though the water was too cold for swimming since it isn’t heated. It still made a great view while I worked. The room was smallish but updated and very clean, and the water pressure was great. I stayed in the shower way too long, haha. The staff were especially nice and attentive. I had two issues: the internet in my room was poor, so I couldn’t work there, and I didn’t feel like going downstairs to work while sick. The feather pillows also gave me a nasty sinus infection, and there wasn’t a non-feather option. I’d definitely recommend the place, but I’ll bring my own pillows next time! Haha.

The apartments are small and old, and the internet is really poor. The entrance bar is good, but the employees there were inattentive, not courteous, and generally bad. Staff overall aren’t well trained and support is poor, with some things needing to be requested five or six times. This used to be a good option, but I don’t recommend it anymore. 😡

The front desk staff were quite friendly, and one spoke good English. The attached restaurant was fairly good, and the location is convenient. Breakfast was mediocre, though. The gym wasn’t great, especially the treadmills, which had no incline or had controls that weren’t in English. The corridors were poorly lit, even though they had sensors to switch the lights on. There were also lots of mosquitoes near the outdoor bar.

The elevators stopped working, leaving part of our group trapped inside for over 60 minutes. The rooms were very clean, though, and the hotel itself was very nice, with a beautiful pool and a nice continental breakfast.
