I was passing through, exhausted, and knocked on the door at 2 in the morning. They treated me very well, and the price was really affordable. The room was clean, with a good bed, air conditioning, and a TV. What impressed me most was the service and the breakfast, everything was fresh. 10,000 out of 10.

Right when I arrived, I booked a room. I’ll share the photos they sent me and leave it up to you to judge. I also ordered a set meal. It looked nicely put together, sure, but the main things, rice and beans, amounted to one spoonful of each. I paid 30.00. Now, about breakfast, look at the photo they sent and the ones I took. Negative. I’ll never come back. As the guy at reception said, not everyone will be pleased with Jesus.

Awful hotel! We paid part of the price in advance by Pix, then had to pay the rest as soon as we arrived. There was a lot of noise and the bed was broken. We gave up after two hours and booked another hotel, so the money was wasted. Also, when we first got in touch, the pictures they sent were of another hotel in town. Only the room photos were from their own hotel.

The location is great, and everything exceeded my expectations. At Hotel Coutinho, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the setting was spotless, and breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Reception service was very good too, everyone was helpful and ready to assist. I had an incredible stay and would recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!
