The staff were amazing, and the location was lovely. The air conditioning in my room wasn't very good, but given the price and location, I'd still give it five stars.

This was a terrible hotel experience, and the price was far too high for what they provide. I had to sign a responsibility form because they said the apartment was ready for guests, but then found the shower and sink were clogged, the sink was leaking, a bulb was out, and an uncovered drain made the whole room smell bad. The walls were dirty too. They only clean the apartment and change the linens if the guest asks. Breakfast was very weak, with no options for people with intolerances or allergies. On Sunday, the dining room was full of guests waiting a long time for food and utensils to be replenished, and nobody explained why.
