8/10
There's a mall very close by, and breakfast was nice. The room was a little small, but the beds and bathroom were okay. There weren't enough electrical outlets, especially near the table, which made it hard to use things like a notebook.

The staff were all pleasant and very helpful, and room service was basic but did the job. The rooms are small but nice, and the bed is comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely return.

4/10
The location and rooms were okay, but the reception service was horrible. Check-in took forever, room service was inefficient, and the reception staff treated us badly. I really don't recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.

I checked in late at night and was too tired to ask for another room. It had a really annoying vomit smell, which made staying there unpleasant.

They offer hot water and coffee in the lobby. It's close to shopping Total and Zaffari supermarket.
