The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and despite all the traffic nearby, I couldn't hear noise from outside. The room was clean, though the windows could have been cleaner, and the bathroom and shower are tiny, which could be uncomfortable for a larger person. The rooms follow ibis budget standards. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, about what you'd expect in Brazil. Check in and out were fast, and the desk staff were friendly. Service was great, as always. There's a small bar by reception where you can buy frozen meals and heat them up, though I didn't try any. The immediate area isn't very pleasant, but it's easy to get around the city from there.

At about 2:30 a.m., we called every Ibis hotel we could reach that night, and Lucili was the one who understood our accent and explained the hotel to us. She said her English wasn't very good, but that wasn't true, her pronunciation was great. If I come to Porto Alegre, I'll definitely stay at this nice hotel. I'd love to talk with Lucília again!

The employees were all polite and kind, and the room was clean and well organized. There isn't much room for luggage, though. Breakfast was good, but I missed a solid low-carb choice, like eggs.

The rooms are clean and good, but space is really tight and there's nowhere for luggage. The employees are kind and helpful, and it's worth the price. Check in could be smoother and more efficient.

I'm a regular at Ibis hotels, and this visit wasn't a good one. The toilet was broken, breakfast wasn't very good, and getting my car took a while. The infrastructure is the same as at other Ibis budget hotels, and when it's maintained well, you get good rates and good facilities. Even so, I still believe in and recommend Ibis budget hotels and Accord.
