Ibis Styles Porto Alegre Moinhos De Vento

The room was below average in size, and the bathroom wasn't fully enclosed: the sink was out in the entry hallway. The shower kept swinging from very hot to very cold instead of staying warm. Staff were polite, though check-in took a long time. For this price, there are better places in Porto Alegre, including a few nearby. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at there.

The location is a real plus, near some of the best pubs and restaurants. I found the rooms clean and comfortable, and there’s a fitness room with good equipment plus a lovely rooftop jacuzzi. The staff are kind, gentle, and well trained. I’ve only good things to say. Haven't tried the breakfast :).

There was a charge from the bar on our room bill for something we never ordered. They need a better way to make sure charges go to the right room. Apart from that, our stay was fine: the staff were friendly, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the room was good, though it lacked basic amenities. Breakfast had a good range, but the taste and quality could be better.

The location works well if you want to be near bars and restaurants, and the hotel was clean. The room's remote-controlled air conditioner was a plus. The beds felt very clean, though they were a bit small and stiff. The shower was a little weak but did the job. No shampoo or conditioner was provided.
