The staff are polite and welcoming, and breakfast is delicious. The room was comfortable and tidy, with a wardrobe, large desk, TV and nightstand in the twin bedroom. The only downside is that you have to buy water at the reception downstairs.

The Wi-Fi was incredibly bad, the key cards kept stopping working, and the place was generally mediocre and ugly. Breakfast was sort of okay. There were broken lights, only one glass in the room, and the safe didn’t work. One day there was no hot water, and there was no sound insulation from the street. Nobody spoke English, there was no hair dryer, and cleaning took away the dirty towels without leaving fresh ones. D

The service was good, and the hotel is nicely situated in the city, very close to the nightlife neighborhood.
