Breakfast had sweet and savory food, scrambled eggs, coffee, yogurt, and other choices. It was in keeping with the price, though everything was from the same low-end range. There's no parking at the hotel, so we paid 30 reais for a spot on the same block for the night. The room didn't live up to Booking.com's “premium” label. It felt unhygienic and poorly presented. There were two adults and a child, but the toiletries were just a small kit with soap, a shampoo sachet, and low-quality conditioner. The facilities are dated, and the supposed double bed split in two. I picked a side quickly, while my partner ended up in the gap between the mattresses. The springs, or really the whole bed, need replacing. The surrounding area also felt insecure. If you're not careful, you could easily lose your phone or even your shoes.

The rooms are pretty basic. Breakfast was good despite the limited variety, and there isn't much space. The paid partner parking is 100 metres away, and the stretch on the way there feels a bit dicey.

The air conditioner was a built-in window unit. They were doing renovation work during the day, and it sounded like they were going to knock the hotel down. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the service was generally good. The hotel is old and the cleaning is poor.

I'm recording how uncomfortable my stay at this hotel made me feel. I knew before booking that it might be simple, and that was fine since I only expected to spend a couple of hours there. I didn't expect the experience to leave me anxious, angry, uncomfortable, and unsafe, with those feelings lingering for quite a while. When I entered the room, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. There was dirt on the floor, urine in the toilet, the blankets smelled bad, and the sheets were dirty, as if someone had walked all over the white linen. When I questioned the receptionist, I was surprised again. He said, “your humility is as false as your mouth.” I'm sharing this through this and other channels.

It's very close to the bus station and Porto Alegre's municipal market. The room was clean, service was great, and breakfast was very good. I'd recommend it.
