The receptionist said only the Cabanas were available, and they cost quite a bit more. But after entering the motel, I saw on the right that all but one of the other suites were empty. On the way out on the left, only two were occupied. That was a real rip-off and dishonest.

The breakfast costs extra, and they’re extremely stingy with it. The only sheet available had cigarette marks on it. Terrible service. We asked for a duvet and got a little torn blanket instead. What a decline!

The receptionist was kind, but the room was a letdown. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the air conditioning didn't work, and the tiny bathroom barely fit one person. The shower was cold with no hot water. The place is badly located, and I won't be back. 👎

The breakfast was booked when I arrived, yet it was 20 minutes late and nobody let me know. At checkout, they also added charges for things I'd consumed. Earlier, I struggled to get basic information: messages on WhatsApp went unanswered, and I had to call repeatedly before anyone picked up. They quoted a birthday-week discount, then charged a different amount and denied giving the lower quote, with a mocking tone. The hygiene was poor too. The air-conditioner remote was sticky, so I had to clean it, and the à la carte dish I ordered arrived with a hair in it. Of the suites with a whirlpool, one had a broken sauna and the other wouldn't open its roof, which was the main reason someone might choose that suite. I won't set foot there again. They showed little regard for cleanliness or guests' well-being.

The place is decent for the price, but the room needs a few repairs. The bathtub tap was broken, and when I first got in, the lock wouldn't open.
