10/10
The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is very clean with very good service. Its location right across from the rodoviária is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms feel a bit dated and could use refurbishing, but overall it’s definitely a great place to stay in Porto Alegre.

I liked the breakfast and the service, but there was a lot of trash in the rooms when we arrived, bugs on the wall, and the bed was really bad.

It’s an old hotel, but the people and the location near the airport and train station are awesome. Julio from the bar is a great person. Thanks to all the staff for doing such a great job.

6/10
The breakfast was the best part, and being right next to the bus station made getting around the city easy. The room service dinner was passable, though I’d rather eat out. For what we paid, the room was just average, and the price seemed really high compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at. We had a bad experience at reception too. We’d forgotten some documents, which was our fault, but they could still have treated us better. Overall, it was fine.

8/10
The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. The location is really convenient, though it feels a bit scary at night. The hotel must have been grand in its day, and it still has an excellent old-fashioned feel.
