Room 301 was awful, especially for comfort. The bed squeaked, the bedroom walls were marked up, and the patio door was broken and wouldn’t lock. The front door also wouldn’t stay shut unless I locked it. Both faucets were rusty and stuck, and the refrigerator was rusty too. The stove wasn’t plugged in when I first arrived. Be careful about trusting what the app shows.

The apartment could use some maintenance. The bathroom sink leaks, the kitchen sink barely has any water pressure, and the air conditioner doesn’t cool very well. Everything else was great, and it’s close to the beach. 👏👍

The terrace has a pool and a mini-market, and there's beach access and security around the clock. One of the best aparthotels in Maracaipe, and a good fit for couples or families with young kids.
