The entrance was clean and the building looked good overall, but the apartment conditions vary. Some are managed by the building and others belong to individual owners. I stayed in Apartment A32, which belonged to an independent owner. Linens were provided, but there was no cleaning or linen change during my stay, so it was just a place to stay. The kitchen was awkward to use because there was only one electrical outlet, while the microwave, stovetop and blender all ran on electricity. I couldn't use the microwave and stovetop at the same time. The clothesline was broken, and there were no beach chairs or parasols, despite the booking website saying they were provided.

Our flat was simple but clean, and the beds weren't too bad. The air conditioner cooled well. The building is old and needs a lot of general maintenance, though. The pool area looks lovely in the photos, but it isn't really like that in person and also needs a lot of work.

The owner was fantastic and went out of his way to help when we had a transportation problem. The hotel is in a great spot, right across from a beautiful, quiet beach. It’s lovely and well maintained, and works really well for families with kids. I’d definitely come back.

I was really taken with Flat Manawa. We stayed six days, and it cost much less than other places for four of us. Reception is open 24 hours, and the flat is near the beach, market, pharmacy and restaurants. The town center is about a 10-minute walk away. We didn't have any problems during our stay.
