Excellent. Good.

The reception employee was incredibly attentive, helpful, and warm with us. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with a huge bed and air conditioning that cools really well. I know many pousadas in Porto, and this one stands out for value. It’s well suited to families, with apartments that have two bedrooms. A wonderful place.

The apartments are comfortable, and the price is lower than other places nearby, but the service left me frustrated. There was no water or filter in the flat, so we had to buy water. We couldn't choose the brand, and payment had to be in cash since Pix and debit weren't accepted. I went out for lunch and came back to find a gas cylinder inside the apartment. They'd entered while I was away without asking me first. The woman in charge does try to be nice, but dealing with things with her feels confusing and difficult. The Wi-Fi works very poorly on the ground floor, and the TVs aren't useful: there's no Netflix, no over-the-air channels come in, and YouTube won't work because the internet upstairs is unusable. The structure and location are excellent, and the cost is more affordable, though not by much. If price is the main concern, it could work, but next time I'd rather pay more and avoid these hassles.

The apartments are roomy, clean, and well equipped, and the location is excellent, just half a block from the pedestrian area and one block from the beach. Internet reception could be better, and the dining room gets so hot that air conditioning there would help. Offering breakfast would also be a plus. The value for money is good.
