A lovely pool and great views, with an unspoiled beach just a block away. It's close enough to the village to be convenient, but far enough out to avoid the hectic atmosphere.

The room was tiny, the bed impossible to sleep in, the air conditioning didn't work, the sheets were too small, the pillows were useless, the lights were faulty, and basic items were missing. The twin beds couldn't be used because there wasn't enough room to move. This was sold to us as accommodation for two, but it felt like a space for one. I could keep listing complaints, but it's not worth wasting more time. You're terrible at hosting people, and you should all be fired. We were left to manage on our own throughout the stay. When we needed a plunger for the clogged toilet, help fixing the broken air conditioner, or even a replacement for the bathroom's burnt-out bulb, our requests were ignored or we were told nothing could be done. The people at TEMPORADA INN treated us worse than I've ever been treated, and ruined our vacation. There was construction everywhere, with unbearable noise. Workers stared at you all day if you were at the pool, and the view was of a construction site that completely blocked the sea. The photos are misleading. This is the worst place I've ever stayed.

The room sizes were the main downside. We were two adults and three children in room 319 for Carnival, and it was cramped to move around since the kitchen and bedroom are all one space. Cleaning wasn't done during our four days there, only after we checked out. They left a broom with a broken handle, a dustpan, and a floor cloth. The location worked well, close to both the center and the beach. I liked the leisure area, especially the pool, which was perfect for my children because it isn't deep. All the staff welcomed us nicely, and I have no complaints about that. I enjoyed the place otherwise, but would only return as a couple. For a family stay, I'd need a bigger room.

We stayed from 27/11 to 02/12 in room 105. We arrived around 2 p.m. and everything was ready. The windows faced the main street. There's no balcony because the room had been extended, but that did give us more space. There was a standard double bed, a single bed, and an extra single mattress, which worked well for the three of us. The air conditioning got very cold, and the bathroom was good too. The flat is comfortable overall, but needs more attention to the details. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, cooktop, and coffee maker, but hardly any basics. There was one pot and a tiny frying pan, so cooking had to be done in small amounts. We stayed six nights and made dinner a few times. It was difficult, but we managed. There were no proper knives, just dull serrated ones, and we were short on glasses, a bowl, and other simple things. There's also a pool and gym, though we didn't use them. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but the same limited selection was served every day. My daughter heard a staff member tell another guest that their breakfast time was up and they couldn't eat anything else. I thought that was rude, especially since no one had told us there was a time limit in the restaurant, which is open from 7 to 10 a.m. The staff weren't very welcoming in general. The exception was the friendly, attentive man at reception at 2 p.m. on 27/11, whose name I forgot. The flat has good facilities, but needs more care to make the stay better. CVC should make it clear when selling a package that this is a flat, not a conventional hotel with a substantial breakfast, half board, or all-inclusive options. The location isn't especially good, and the nearby beaches aren't great, though they're all close. We rented a car, so that was fine.

It was easy to get to the beach, and the place was comfortable with enough equipment for simple meals. The air conditioning was awful, either freezing us or needing to be switched off. Construction spoiled the beach view and made it hard to rest after 7:30 p.m. At least it gets dark early, so there's no need to stay up late. The restaurant staff were unfriendly, and the prices felt high for what they served.
