The rooms are simple, but they have everything needed for a lovely stay. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and complete, and the location is near both the town center and the beach. Nelson was incredibly welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. He suggested places to eat, shared the recipe for the best quince paste I've ever tasted, and even gave me some extra for the trip home. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We stayed from 13 to 15/09. The location is great, but the rest left a lot to be desired. Our room was stuffy and smelled of mold, and breakfast was just okay. What bothered me most was that cats and a dog had free access to the breakfast area. I think the presence of pets should be disclosed on booking platforms. If I'd known, I wouldn't have stayed, and I left the pousada before my planned departure date.

We stayed for 7 days in October 2025. Sr Nelson was welcoming, and we'd been in touch over WhatsApp for six months. The pousada was perfect, with a great breakfast of fruit, cake, and bread, and the rooms were cleaned every day. I recommend it for the location and the reception. Sr Nelson gave us tips on places to visit and food, and was very attentive. Thank you.

We rested well in this peaceful, comfortable pousada and were very happy with our stay. It’s close to the pedestrian area and the sea, and the breakfast was excellent. We were treated like family. Nelson, the manager, was always ready to help with tips on places to eat and excursions. If you're unsure about coming, I'd say go for it, you'll have a fantastic time. We'll be back, Nelson. The staff were extremely friendly, and the pousada is right next to everything. Breakfast was good. If you're allergic to cats, I wouldn't recommend it because they're everywhere. That didn't bother me, though.
