The room was fine, with excellent air conditioning and a good shower. The staff were always ready to help, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. It’s an excellent inn, about 2.5 km from the center. Highly recommended ☺️

We stayed for eight days with the family in early November, and it was a good experience overall. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the women who handled the kitchen and breakfast were very kind and attentive. Everyone at reception was helpful and considerate whenever we needed anything. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, bathroom, and bed and bath linens. We also had a single bed for our son. The beach is beautiful and no more than a five-minute walk away. The tide is often high, and I didn’t see any restaurants nearby, but bringing something to eat is enough to enjoy the beach. There aren’t many places to eat around the inn. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants with basic options. For more variety, we took a quick Uber or taxi to the town center, which has restaurants for all kinds of tastes and hundreds of shops for souvenirs. It was a very good trip for the whole family, and, God willing, we hope to return one day.

Good afternoon. This was our first stay, and we’d been there six days. Until last night, everything had been going well and I had nothing but praise. Then, while I was bathing our three-year-old son, I went to close the glass shower door and it came down. I turned my back to shield him and got multiple cuts, with blood running down me. My son was crying and wouldn’t let go of me, my wife was terrified. It was chaos, and after all our trips we’d never experienced anything like it. Covered in blood, I went to reception. People stared at me, and I had to put up with that. I asked for a first-aid kit, but they didn’t have one. They offered me a bandage, and I didn’t even know what to say. The owner spoke by phone with an employee and asked us to go to the UPA. We all know it isn’t as easy as that sounds. Since I work in nursing, I asked for supplies, which arrived quickly, and I managed to dress the cuts. What upset me was how everyone acted. Not one person even asked how we were. They were all silent, as if this were normal. It was a complete lack of empathy. My frustration grew as I wondered what might have happened to an older person with less mobility if they fell onto the glass, or suffered hypovolemic shock from major blood loss. A bandage? And what if it had been a child? Today I tried to bathe my son, and he was traumatized, crying and refusing. To the owners, my message is simple: show more empathy toward the people staying there. If something worse happens, this could be much more serious. Take this as a tip.
