Pousada Lua Azul

The location is convenient, and the couple's room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Service was very good too, especially from HÉRCULES, who was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. His empathy and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. Thank you! Breakfast has the items laid out on the table, plus things made fresh, like tapioca, scrambled eggs, and natural juice. The pousada doesn't offer many amenities, but it delivers what it promises and gave us a great experience. Very good value for money. Rodrigo and family.

The location is good, but that's about it. The pousada is simple and could be better: stained bedding, towels tossed in the wardrobe, an old peeling mirror, and a dirty pool. Breakfast choices were limited.

We were just three blocks from the town centre and close to Porto de Galinhas beach, which you can reach through the centre. Restaurants, a pharmacy, and small grocery shops were nearby. Pontal de Maracaípe and Muro Alto weren't too far by Uber either. For the area, this is definitely the best value, since the other places we found were in the centre and had much higher nightly rates. The service was the best part of our stay. Hércules at reception welcomed us warmly, helped us with the air conditioning remote, and carried a delivery order from the entrance to our room door so we wouldn't get rained on at night. He also gave us great tips about outings and beaches. Sandra from the kitchen came in early one day so we could have breakfast before an early trip. Everyone was kind and helpful. The pousada feels cozy and welcoming, like home. The rooms are great, with new beds, a lovely shower and roomy shower enclosure, a very cold minibar, air conditioning that works really well, and a powerful hair dryer, better than the travel one I usually bring. Just keep in mind all the outlets are 220V. The double bed seemed a little small, more like a viúva bed, but it was still comfortable enough. Breakfast was delicious and had a great range, and housekeeping was impeccable. Nothing to complain about, only praise. I highly recommend it, easily one of the best pousadas I've stayed in.

We could get everywhere on foot from this well located pousada. It was organized, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor area was pleasant. I came with my one-year-old baby, and the reception and kitchen staff were so helpful and lovely. They made eggs without salt and warmed her bottle whenever we needed. Highly recommend!
