The pool area was dark at night, and I didn't see anyone cleaning the pool during our stay. The breakfast space was cramped, so we had to wait standing until a table opened up. There weren't many choices, and refills took a while. When we arrived, the receptionist didn't even get up to show us where the rooms were. Our room smelled horribly musty, the mattress was so thin I could feel the bed slats, and I don't think the hammock had ever been washed. The air conditioner made an unbearable noise, and the toilet and bathroom door were broken. I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it. The place needs more care and attention.
