My sister stayed there and told the Argentinean owner she has asthma, but he still refused to move her to another room. The room is so cramped you can barely walk beside the bed, and the musty smell from mold and mildew is unbearable. This place was a complete disaster. It felt like a total scam, and for your health, stay away from this hellish place. You’ve been warned. PS: I’m certain the reviews are bought.

Breakfast runs only from 7:00 to 9:00, with cats wandering over the tables and limits on food. Each person can have just one tapioca, toasted ham and cheese sandwich, and fried egg. We had to pay R$5 per day to use a blanket we asked for because there wasn’t one in the room. Towels are changed only every three days. The bathroom door is folding, and my room door didn’t even have a latch. The room smelled horribly stuffy, the shower was clogged and barely dripped, and the yellowed bedding stank. They don’t even clean the air conditioner, which is important for health. The minibar was dirty around the doors and rusty.

Maria was the one pleasant part of our stay, very helpful and easy to talk to. The room had no window or ventilation, the bathroom was grimy, the towels were yellowed and changed only every three days, and the minibar was dirty. Breakfast had little variety and only one tapioca per person. Cats walked around the dining area and brushed against our legs, and there was cat urine in the hallway near our door. When the TV lost its signal, the person responsible for the inn came into the room while my wife was lying on the bed, with no consideration for how to handle the situation.

The inn could be nice, but it really needs renovation. Our mattress had a dip in it, the bathroom was grimy, and the bath towels were yellow. Breakfast had no real choice, and signs said each person could have only one tapioca and one toasted ham and cheese sandwich. There were cats around too, which could be a problem for anyone with allergies. I regretted staying here and wouldn’t recommend it. It could ruin anyone’s vacation.
