Cleanliness? They don’t seem to know the word. The bathroom had no doors, the toilet had no seat, and there was no toilet paper. I’d booked two nights, but if I could have canceled, I would’ve left after the first. The bathroom was already filthy and broken when I arrived, and nobody cleaned anything before I left. On the last day I had to go to reception and ask for toilet paper. If I’d waited for the staff, they’d have kept saving on toilet paper.

Breakfast was average, and we had to keep asking them to restock even plates, cups, and mugs. The property needs maintenance. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to put soap or shampoo, just a towel holder, and nowhere to hang clothes. Water drips onto your head when you enter the room from the corridor.

The room was cozy and clean, and the location is great. The staff were really friendly and attentive. When I come back to Brazil and Porto in particular, I know where I’ll stay 🙂🇵🇹🇧🇷

The staff are helpful, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms have a large smart TV with plenty of channels. The downstairs bathroom is spacious, but the shower has very little water pressure. The inn’s location isn’t that close to the center. They only clean if you ask. The downstairs rooms have a serious ventilation problem and aren’t airy at all. They smell strongly of mold and have lots of mosquitoes. I came back with my legs covered in bites, and so did people in other rooms. The plug-in mosquito repellents didn’t help. Breakfast is very simple, and if you don’t get up early, there’s hardly anything left. The owner needs to invest in the building, especially the downstairs rooms. Even with air conditioning, they feel completely stuffy. When it rains, the corridor floods up to the room doors and leaves guests with wet feet.
