The location was convenient and close to everything, but the rest of our stay was a letdown. We were there for six days and never got to use the pool because it was extremely dirty whenever we came back early from tours. It wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. The general cleaning was only fair. The doors were dirty, the bath towels were badly dingy, and the hard pillows had no pillowcases, so we had to put a T-shirt over them to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Breakfast and cleanliness both need a lot of work.

The location is excellent, and you can walk to the center. D. Ana is a lovely person, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. But when a different couple prepared breakfast on her day off, they refused to give me water and said it was only available during breakfast hours. The inn is very basic, with a tiny bathroom and nowhere to put your things. Cleaning was just okay, and breakfast was simple. There’s no parking. From the photos I expected more. The paint is quite faded and everything looks old, if you know what I mean. I won’t be back.

I stayed at this inn for nine days and had a wonderful experience, from the service and breakfast to the other services and check-out. I recommend it!

I never even got to make a reservation. The phone service was poor, and they left me without a reply or any real attention. When I followed up because I thought I’d get the information I needed to book, they said there were no rooms left. They hadn’t mentioned that before, and I was asking about payment, which is something they should explain clearly. You could give them the benefit of the doubt, but leaving people without answers or clear information feels amateurish. Attentiveness and courtesy help communication, and they’re part of good customer service. They need to improve.
