Pousada Vida Mansa

Good evening. I'm writing to complain about the service from the supervisor, Sandra. Today, 06/02, I was there with my family. We ordered the snack and took advantage of the caipirinha promotion. The servers treated us excellently, and the food was excellent too. The problem came when it was time to pay. I waited a long time, and during that wait Sandra gave priority to another customer at table 8. When I questioned it, I was told the priority was because of the alcohol content of what they had consumed. But the customer herself said she was close with the establishment. Sandra didn't handle the situation professionally or act appropriately for her role. She left the cashier to finish dealing with us and gave us no proper support. She seemed unprepared for her position, which hurt the customer experience and didn't match the establishment's reputation. I'd like a response about what happened and what steps will be taken.

My worst stay! The bathroom in room 4 looked like the shower area had never been cleaned, with grime and mold all over the walls. It was practically inhumane. The towels and sheets were worn, dingy, and smelled like fish. There was a really unpleasant fried food odor in the corridors and on the stairs, and the air conditioner was very noisy. The water was off for two days in a row. The inn looked abandoned, with dirty walls that urgently needed attention.

I stayed at this inn in July, in room 07. Everything was simple but clean, and I have no complaints.

You can tell the service is going to be awful as soon as you arrive. Horrible place. Anyone going there should be ready to be disappointed. It should get 0 stars!
