My stay at the pousada was unfortunately disappointing. The breakfast was poor: the fruit was warm, and the cakes seemed underbaked. The room was a letdown too. The photos didn’t match what we found, and the very basic bathroom made the pousada feel old, as though it hadn’t been improved or renovated in years. The facilities need modernization and better maintenance. The one real bright spot was the receptionist Diel, who was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout. He was the only thing that saved the experience. I hope the feedback helps, because there’s a lot that needs attention.
