The staff were nice, and the drinks were good. It was comfortable too.

The kitchen staff were the bright spot here. They were polite and helpful, and breakfast was really good. But I wouldn't come back or recommend the inn. We found a cockroach in the room, heard bats in the ceiling, and had stained towels. The toilet seat was broken and took about two days to get fixed. Our room was disappointing: cramped, with barely enough room for our bags, and two single beds pushed together. The mattress was awful, with springs poking through. The old, tiny wardrobe had room for one person's things, and there was just one pouf to set anything on. There were lots of mosquitoes, and they leave spray in the room for guests to use. After checking in at 2:00, I went down around 3:00 or 4:00 to ask if we could change rooms or at least get a better double mattress. The receptionist was unhelpful and clearly didn't want to deal with it. She said nothing could be done until the next day, when the manager was there. I asked both managers the following day, but one immediately said they couldn't do anything. They offered no change or other solution. All they did was put a sheet between the beds, which didn't help, especially with that terrible mattress.

The staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The afternoon tea was a lovely extra. The inn is clean, cozy, and well situated near the center, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. I read comments about mosquitoes and a musty smell, but we didn't notice either. I came with my daughters, and none of us got bitten. I'd love to return and stay here again. The shower was nice and hot, and the room had air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. We left the car and walked everywhere. The inn is right in the center, close to shops and restaurants, and just a few meters from Porto de Galinhas's natural pools. There's no parking lot, but it was easy enough to leave the car in front. The garden greenery and plants are lovely. We stayed with my parents in a spacious room with big, comfortable beds. The only issue was the toilet flush, which took a long time to refill. It did work once it filled, and after we told the receptionist, someone from maintenance came and improved it a bit. It didn't affect our stay. Breakfast had lots of choices, with tapioca made fresh, and there was delicious cake with afternoon tea too.
