Bangatacho

Casa bangatacho is one of the best places I've stayed. The service and accommodation were both a 10, and everything offered went beyond what we expected. The host, Morgana, was always helpful, and her team was attentive and present. I'm already planning a return.

For the price, this stay really didn't measure up. I booked the most expensive room at bangatacho, but the hot tub has no heater. It has a hot water tap that gradually makes the water lukewarm, if you're patient. If you want a hot bath, don't expect one. It takes about 40 minutes for the water to reach the level where you can turn on the jets. As I told the owner, the marketing team deserves credit, but the maintenance team less so. The shower had weak pressure, and getting it lukewarm took a few minutes. A tiny turn of the cold tap made the water cold, so it took a lot of patience and careful adjusting. A maintenance worker came to clean the shower, but the flow barely improved. The faucets and toilet flush had the same pressure issue, so it seemed to affect the whole place. I'd avoid booking breakfast. It's outsourced, and the food arrived cold even at the scheduled time, and didn't taste good. One more thing, my husband and I found the built-in hot tub uncomfortable.

The owner was very helpful, always ready with outing suggestions or answers to our questions. It's a welcoming, peaceful place, well cared for and close to beautiful beaches. The price isn't among the cheapest, but it matches the quality of the service, comfort, and experience. A lovely choice if you want a quiet place to relax.

I loved the place. Everything was so thoughtfully cared for, and there were restaurants and a beach club nearby.
