The Naca has wonderful potential. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place with an incredible sea, and the bungalows are roomy and comfortable. The food is very good, with a great range of choices for lunch and dinner. My main suggestion is to improve the service and explain things more clearly from the start. Since the hotel is in a protected area, the limits on beach facilities and service should be made clear when booking. At check-in, it would also help to explain how to request beach chairs. Several guests, including me, didn’t realize the bungalow chairs had to be taken down to the beach. Keeping some umbrellas and chairs nearby that aren’t assigned to the bungalows could make things easier for staff and cut down guests’ wait. Staff training could use some attention too. Depending on who was working at the pool bar, the drinks varied in quality and presentation. Beach and pool service also needs to be quicker. I got the impression one employee was covering both areas and focusing more on the pool. Sometimes our beach orders never arrived, or took a very long time. One small detail that could add to the boutique hotel experience: a signature room spray or fragrance. Some hotels even sell theirs, and a pleasant scent could help make the place more memorable.

The region is gorgeous, and the hotel feels one of a kind. With relatively few guests, its all-inclusive setup feels personal, with attentive service and excellent food, drinks, and other products. Staff were always trying to meet guests’ needs. I don’t drink animal milk, and they made an effort to accommodate me. The themed restaurants were very good, there were great wine options every day, and the cocktails were tasty. The bungalow pool was so good, the bed was comfortable, and we had wonderful, restful days. It was very quiet, with soft music. A lovely place.

The hotel is beautiful, with attractive surroundings and charming architecture, but the stay didn’t live up to what I expected. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. Desserts were nearly identical every day and mostly made with whipped cream. Beach snacks were offered just once during our stay. At breakfast there were no glasses, only cups, even for juice. Protein yogurt was available only on the first day, and after that there wasn’t even regular yogurt. Dinner had very few salad choices and no lighter dishes. For a premium all-inclusive resort, the food service was well below expectations. Requests seemed to be treated as a special favor, which made us feel like a nuisance, and the team showed little initiative. Wine was only available by the glass, with no option to keep a bottle at the table. When they served cod pastries, we asked if they could make a cheese version and were told no. Squid wasn’t available from the menu either. Taken together, the experience was frustrating and far from the standard we expected.

The natural scenery at Naca is breathtaking, and the sea’s color and pleasant temperature are special. We also regularly saw manatees in front of the hotel. The whole property is beautiful and comfortable. Our thanks go to everyone who looked after us, from the kitchen to housekeeping. Marcos, Dione, Domingos, Isaiuke, and the rest of the team were friendly, helpful, and always brought great energy. Their care made our stay much more enjoyable. We have a few suggestions. More bartenders at the beach bar would help, since there was often just one person trying to serve everyone and orders took a long time. More waiters for beach service would help too. The food and drinks were great, but they took a while to reach us on the beach. The gym also needs more attention to its cleaning. Apart from that, we can only praise the place. We’d definitely return!
