Condomínio Golden Goes

The location and facilities were good, but our stay at this inn was spoiled by the service. The owner was very rude and intrusive on several occasions. She came into rooms without asking, pointed out the utensils and appliances, and said that if anything went missing or broke, we could put it in our suitcase, pay for it, and take it home. That made it hard to feel comfortable during our stay. The staff were more welcoming than the owner, who seems to think everything can be handled by being rude. The kitchen also wasn’t equipped the way we’d been told. The fridge was badly rusted, and although I was told there was an industrial oven, it was very small and didn’t work. I gave one star because I couldn’t give none.

We were really happy with our stay at Pousada Golden Goes. The place is cozy and in a great location, with beautiful facilities and well-equipped rooms. The service was very attentive too. We’ll definitely come back, and I recommend it.

The staff welcomed us very well, and the inn itself is fairly good. The owner, though, is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. There were so many mosquitoes, old air conditioners, showers that didn’t work, and toilets that clogged every day. It was also much too far from the beach. The streets were dirty, with sewage flowing in the open. Porto Seguro is beautiful, but this stay made the trip a terrible experience for me.

I had a bad experience because of the poor service from the inn’s owner. The facilities were disappointing too: the internet had no signal, the old air conditioner dripped onto the beds when switched off, and the bathroom toilet was broken from the first day. We reported it, but nothing was done. Some of the furniture was broken as well. I don’t recommend it.
