Thank you, Residencial Bliss! I've never felt as at home in a hotel as I did there. Senhor Ronaldo and Bia, thank you, and may God bless you! I didn't want to leave after such exceptional days. You took such good care of me that I've been spoiled. Thank you from the heart, my dear friends!

A beautiful, cozy place with a wonderful breakfast. The owners and staff were attentive and always ready to sort out any problem. It's near the beach and the best beach stalls, and there's a bus stop right outside. A pizzeria, supermarket, restaurant, and other places are nearby too. Very satisfied!

Dona Zeni was so thoughtful and made breakfast an hour early so we could eat before traveling. She’s a lovely person. Saulo also welcomed us warmly. The bedding was very white and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast quality could improve, though I understand they’re still adjusting and facing some difficulties.

The place looks comfortable and pretty, which makes the terrible customer service such a shame. I contacted them on WhatsApp before booking to check a few things, and a woman spoke sharply to me, repeatedly telling me to use the website and even saying she doubted I’d read the information there. She sent voice messages and then deleted them, while continuing to reply rudely. What’s the point of having a contact channel? I didn’t book, and I won’t. If that’s how they speak over the phone, I can only imagine what it’d be like in person. They lost a customer before I even made a reservation.
