We paid around 5,000 reais for six days in apartment 22, and I can’t recommend it. The place was in an unsanitary condition, with dirty, grimy bedrooms. The plumbing in the gourmet area was clogged and smelled awful. I was unlucky enough to be put in a newly converted bedroom that was extremely small, uncomfortable, and dirty. The owner installed an electronic lock with a code of more than 10 digits that was hard to use. The air conditioners only work when the door is closed, and the door can’t stay open. If someone leaves the apartment, the air turns off because the breaker is activated from inside. It’s a completely awful, impractical system. I don’t recommend apartment 22.

I came back this year after loving the place about 10 years ago, and I was shocked by how neglected it felt. The access road floods, making it difficult even for cars to get in, and the place urgently needs renovation. We rented based on the photos on the website, which definitely need updating. I was really disappointed.

Apartment 04 feels charming and welcoming, and it made for a very pleasant stay. It’s also close to Porto Seguro’s most famous beaches. One thing to keep an eye on: at night, the shower water wouldn’t get hot. Fixing that would give this place all the makings of a perfect stay.

The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, and I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished with every comfort. Both bedrooms were large and had their own bathrooms. It was bright, with a lovely pool view, and close to the beach. I can only say positive things about apartment 4 residence. Thank you. I’ll be back.
