We stayed here as a family. There are lots of rules but very little service. The children's pool was dirty, and the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working. We asked to have it fixed, but it still hadn't been repaired by the time we left. My baby got sick and threw up on the bedsheet, and I paid 100 reais to have it washed. The place is quite far out, and there isn't lighting for walking around at night, so it doesn't feel safe.
