8/10
The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing too, and the shower was the best I’ve ever tried. The hotel feels a bit dated, and the rooms have an unpleasant smell from the carpet. The gym is really old and needs refurbishing.

Marques Plaza is a good place for business and social events, and I’ve been to several there. The hotel has meeting rooms in different sizes, and the event setup was okay for the stand-up show I went to on the first floor yesterday. The chairs get uncomfortable during a long show, though they’re fine for something under two hours. It would’ve been good to have water for sale, but that was an event issue, not the hotel’s. The hotel’s location is great.

10/10
There are good restaurants and bars close by, and the hotel has a pleasant pool for relaxing. The rooms are really comfortable, breakfast offers a good range of food, and the service is high quality.

It’s an older hotel, but the facilities are complete, with a pool, sports club, and sauna. I had a cool time there, though the heater didn’t work very well and it felt like an icebox.

The staff are friendly and breakfast is good, but the hotel is noisy and needs updating. For the price, it isn’t worth it.
