The view is beautiful, and the staff are kind and polite. There are two elevators, though the service one sometimes smells musty. The parking spaces are very tight, and the columns make maneuvering difficult. There’s a shower to rinse off the sand after the beach, but it could use more leisure options, such as a pool. The condominium has a good location on the beachfront avenue, with shops and services nearby, so you can take care of nearly all your daily errands on foot. There’s also a cart for unloading groceries and luggage from the car. I recommend it.

The doorman discriminates against people renting for the high season, making you leave through the back doors at the manager’s request. The staff are completely unprepared, and the manager doesn’t know how to communicate. If you want a peaceful vacation, don’t rent an apartment here.
