Laar Hotel

We spent three days there, and nobody cleaned the room once. Breakfast was so limited we had to eat out. The place felt more like an inn than a hotel, and at over 400,00 per night it wasn't worth the price. I have the messages I sent to the ADM, who only dealt with the curtain issue, and even then I ended up putting a blanket over it. When I went to leave this review, I noticed there wasn't even a negative option for describing the hotel. The first room was cramped and badly laid out. I'm 1.66 and weigh 60kls, and I couldn't fit in the shower box. There was nowhere to put luggage, towels, or toiletries, the sink barely ran, and the toilet seemed made for a child. Towels were yellowish and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The garage barely fit the car, my husband nearly scraped it, and there was no doorman, so you were on your own. I asked to switch rooms because taking a shower was impossible, and my husband is bigger than me. They moved us to the suíte game. It had a bigger TV and a video game, that's all. There was hardly room to move by the beds, and the open shower beside them had no door, so the room got wet. It was dirty in the corners, there was no window curtain, and the mirror was missing. I asked for a curtain and mirror. They put up a useless awning, but daylight still came in, and the mirror was just barely enough. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was by the laundry, with no privacy; the lower walls were damp, there was no ventilation, and the door to the laundry was locked. There was nowhere for bags or personal things, and the corridors were very narrow. When it rained, there wasn't even a mat to wipe your feet at the entrance. The room light switched on from the outside corridor.
