The apartment's location is the only thing going for it. It is in terrible condition: the stove is very old and rusty, with only one working burner, and the refrigerator leaks. There are no basic cooking utensils, not even a mug to heat water. The mattresses are in awful shape, though the double one was good. A very poor apartment.

The apartment itself is good, but there aren't any kitchen utensils for guests who want to cook. I tried to make coffee and couldn't find a mug to heat water or a pot to brew it in. The refrigerator was quite dirty, with food residue in the freezer, and the single mattresses are in very poor condition. If those things were fixed, I'd probably rent it again.

I went with my eight-year-old son and was welcomed really well. The inn is genuinely right on the sand, just five minutes from the beach. I'd come back and recommend it.

The room was awful, the staff member wasn't prepared to help, and the cleaning was terrible. Everything in the kitchen, including the utensils, was grimy. During our stay there was no water, except from a hose in the parking lot, so we had to shower with it. There was also a major water leak in the bathroom of my room, and the fan was in terrible shape. A really bad experience, I don't recommend it.
