A really pleasant place for a weekend with the family.

It’s peaceful and quiet here, nice for a walk or for living. The condominium has a party room, gym, pool, kids’ area, and a little market. Really great.

The place is very well maintained, and the atmosphere feels very family-oriented. It would be an excellent place to live.

It’s only 400 meters from the beach, which makes this a great spot for a family weekend or a permanent home. Residencial Octávio Braga has two-bedroom apartments, one suite, a living room with space for two settings, and one parking space. There are individual storage cabinets, adult and children’s pools, game rooms, and party rooms.

The administration seems to have more say than the building manager. There were frequent repairs because the contractor hired by the construction company didn’t keep to the agreement. We’ve spent nearly two years fixing things, almost like rebuilding another building. Still, the builder took responsibility for it all, so we can’t complain.
