Promenade Queimados

Loved it.

Excellent.

The service has been really poor. On my first visit, there were no towels in the room. This time I asked for a pillow at check-in, but it never arrived. I asked reception again, only to be told that the one staff member responsible for it had already left. There was nobody else to sort it out.

Reception service was awful, and the staff acted unprofessionally. I went to the flat for an appointment. While I was identifying myself at the desk, the young woman serving me cut me off and told me to sit down. She and the two men with her were laughing and chatting about personal things and the rainy weather. After 15 minutes of this, I got up to ask what was holding things up so I could go to my appointment. She asked, “Who are you again?!” I gave my name again, and then they told me I could go up. So they had kept me waiting for nothing. Two people had gone up while I waited, including someone headed to the same office. I went upstairs after my appointment time, and that person, who arrived after me, was seen first. Their mistake made me late, and then I still had to wait. Terrible service. They need to take this seriously and get proper training.
