The improvements seem to reflect only the building manager's interests, while suggestions from people who know the condominium's problems firsthand get ignored. She also appears to give owners on a WhatsApp group a distorted picture, making things sound completely under control when that doesn't match residents' experience. The manager and condominium administration show little regard for residents' needs and often neglect existing problems, especially with the elevators, where serious accidents have happened. Instead of dealing with these issues proactively, they seem to ignore them and dismiss what residents report. Staff from the company that manages the condominium are often discourteous, which badly affects relations with residents. The manager shows little interest in hearing or answering concerns, so communication is ineffective. She withholds information and avoids direct contact with tenants.

There was a fire and the alarm was DISABLED. The building's elevator has fallen several times WITH PEOPLE INSIDE. The administration turns a blind eye and nobody seems to care about the problems. The manager doesn't live in the building, and the electronic front desk has no security at all. The worst experience you could have. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great staff and such a cozy setup. I had the pleasure of spending a season here. It's right by grocery stores and very central in the city. I'll definitely come back!
